Managing Director
The service is ran and managed by James Reader. James has been involved in the health and social care industry in the capacity of a director and service manager for many years. James opened The Vicarage in 2017 with an aim of offering a unique service within the community.
James is personable and professional and takes great pride in his service. He works closely with his team to ensure quality care is provided at all time.
He also aims to maintain positive relationships with resident's families, making him self contactable in regards to concerns and suggestions from those most important to our residents.
Support Workers
Our support team are qualified and experienced carers who share our ethos around promoting independence and putting the individual at the forefront of their care.
They are trained in autism, communication, support planning, challenging behaviour and much more.
